Right to retract

As required by Hamon law (law 2014-344 of March 17, 2014) governing mail order, the buyer has a period of 14 days to form an opinion on the product delivered. During the entire period of this period, the latter may exercise his right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the last item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example letter sent by post, or email), to the following address: Miss Merry®, 83600, Frejus, France or by email, to the following address:

You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory. For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal

You must return or return the goods to the following address: 83600, Frejus, France without undue delay, and in any event fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day deadline. In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a method of delivery other than the less expensive model than the standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.


Exchanges are only possible for orders in France! Exchanges or returns must be in their original, unworn condition and postmarked to Miss Merry® within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. If your return is postmarked more than 14 days passed your delivery date, we cannot return or exchange your piece.

(example: Your package is delivered to you on Monday, May 1st. If you change your mind and would like to return it, your return package must be postmarked (shipped) by that Sunday, May 14th, back to Miss Merry®.)

To start your return/exchange, please email and we will send you the required form for returns/exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders that meet the stated requirements herein are eligible for one exchange only and after that point are not eligible for a refund or exchange. recommends you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds and store credits are processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders. We do not refund or accept exchanges on international orders and all customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.



We undertake to refund the product returned within 28 days. We can postpone the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided us with proof of shipping of the goods, whichever is the earlier.

We will reimburse using the same means of payment as that which you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree to a different means. In any event, this means will not incur any costs for you.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consumer responsibility

Your responsibility is engaged only with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning
